these tips are good but for me they are not working. I tried hard to make my baby fall asleep but it seems impossible. she sleeps when she feels like. I have not yet set a bedtime routine for her as she is just three months old.

You are so right. We moms need to calm down first, which usually proves to be challenging when you are dealing with a fussy baby and you are exhausted! If you consider it, music and water calm us down or we wouldn't spend so much on beach vacations and CDs. It only makes sense it should work with babies. We have found the sound of ocean waves does the trick for our baby girl. It's great when I'm out running errands or in a restaurant a naptime.
